Qualifications-:.
• Relevant clinical tertiary qualification (nursing, medical or allied health) and current professional registration.
• Significant management experience at a senior level in health care.
• Experience in developing, implementing and evaluating primary & community health care programs
• Ability to build and foster productive external agency and service delivery partner relationships
• Proven success in implementing change management initiatives
• Demonstrated highly developed communication and negotiation skills.
• Current Police check and Australian driver’s license
• Demonstrated understanding of various accreditation processes, and in particular knowledge of the new National Health Outcome Standards. A competitive remuneration package will be negotiated in accordance with qualifications and experience.
