Our office based in Port Melbourne has an exciting new permanent opportunity for a Solutions Consultant to provide pre-sales, product, business process and technical leadership to sales teams, channel partners and superannuation clients, chiefly through designing, articulating and pricing Superannuation Clearing House and e-Rollover solutions.
This role will also involve analysis of legislation, client and market needs in order to proactively contribute to technology roadmaps and product commercialisation.
Key Responsibilities include:
Influencing the outcome of sales proposals through the design and the articulation of customer specific solutions.
Complete financial models and price strategically such that revenue and profit are maximised by understanding client core systems, business strategy, competitor pricing, and solution value.
Become a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and external clients, demonstrating innovation, and differentiating Computershare's superannuation solution capabilities.
Solutions include, but are not limited to, SuperStream compliant superannuation clearing house and e-rollover solutions, digital mailroom, web form and on-boarding solutions.
Analyse legislative, customer and market needs and proactively contribute to the Computershare go-to-market strategy and technology roadmap through the creation of business cases and functional requirements for new products and functional enhancements.
Contribute to the collection, documentation and analysis of business requirements and implementation decisions.
Provide leadership and direction to technical teams.
The ideal candidate will have:
Excellent communication skills – being able to make complex issues easy to understand, and the ability to articulate the benefits of our solutions.
Technical understanding of SuperStream and the ability to apply them to our customer's needs through current state analysis and documenting business processes.
Financial, presentation and written capabilities to contribute to pricing and sales proposals.
Flexibility in style to work with different stakeholders with varying degrees of experience, capability and seniority.
Demonstrated ability to plan, manage and provide strategic direction and leadership for large and complex projects.
Sensing what is important to the client, uncovering their business needs and drivers.
