Opportunity to influence departmental policies to cater to business needs
Due to expansion, an opportunity has been created in the Human Resources department. The HR Business Partner plays a vital role in supporting the business in human resources and employee relations activities for the business, ensuring legislation is adhered to and that personnel are used in the most effective manner for both the company and the employee.
You will demonstrate:
Relevant HR or business related qualification
5 – 8 years' experience in HR
Working knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines
Ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues by using judgment that is consistent with standards practices, policies, procedures, regulation or government law.
Ability to objectively coach employees and management through complex, difficult, and emotional issues.
Ability to work autonomously with a flexible approach
Demonstrated understanding of the confidentiality of discussions and records
Detail oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent client management skills
Problem solving skills
Experience with an HRIS
High level of professional credibility and integrity
This role is suited for candidates based in Brisbane and will not attract mobilisation/relocation assistance. Applicants must have eligibility to work and live in Australia.
