About Us: Lead and motivate a strong volunteer base across multiple stores while driving retail profits to support this well known and high profile not for profit organisation. Our client is looking for not one, but two Retail Operations Managers for South Australia and Western Australia. These are new roles that are set to reshape the success of this retail network. If you have the passion, energy and drive to oversee and implement a retail strategy that will ensure all stores performance and ultimately the financial performance of the retail operations meet the planned outcomes then this is an exciting challenge for you. From the customer experience, store layout, workforce planning and volunteer management this is an ‘opportunity’ for you to make a difference in lives on a number of levels.
 
Skills and Qualifications: Your skills in driving retails sales, managing people, budgets and identifying growth opportunities will enable you to deliver value. If you consider yourself someone who just gets on with it and gets the job done then your capable approach will definitely suit this role.
