Qualifications and skills:
Must have retail management experience in either a Flagship store, Big Box environment or in a Area / Regional manager role in a retail environment.
You are a sales driver and love to achieve above and beyond your sales targets
You are a self starter and can work in a team and autonomously
You are a strong communicator who can build and maintain relationship's with clients and candidates.
Have a strong work ethic and will go above and beyond to get a sale
You are professional ,tenacious, confident and driven to succeed
You don't take NO for an answer!
Above all you are a people person who likes to work in a company with a great culture.
