Key Role
An opportunity for an Account Director to provide Executive level direction over key clients, develop new opportunities for those existing key accounts and prospect new key accounts has arisen.

This role will see you support client relationships, streamline processes and procedures, manages customer satisfaction and meets budgetary commitments. This includes ensuring the account teams, are delivering service excellence through daily activity relating to client accounts. This will be achieved by the team members gaining a full understanding of clients' business needs, managing all requirements in meeting client commitments and milestones through the life of any project, and making recommendations for process improvements. A matrix style management structure ensures that day to day management of the account teams is outside of your job description.

The Key duties and responsibilities include:
    Direct teams to build relationships with clients in order to understand their business and communication requirements.
    Ensure teams achieve and exceed service levels.
    Empower teams to effectively manage and process client jobs from job initiation, job coordination, stock management and job completion.
    Improve and streamline current work processes across all business lines to increase efficiency and cut costs
    Assist enhancement of team skills in systems and process and develop product knowledge of Communication Service solutions.
    Conduct presentations to clients and prospects on Communication Services product offerings, solutions and processes.
    Identify and develop new  business opportunities.
    Assist in presentations to clients at Industry functions, conferences and client forums.
    Work with the Sales Managers and Relationship Managers as well as Client Services Managers to identify those staff members suitable for selection in succession planning and those that require performance management in conjunction with line managers
    Ensure the team participate in regular audits (product, process, contract, stock) to reduce risk and identify improvement and efficiency opportunities.

To be successful in this role you must have the following:
    A degree level or equivalent tertiary study in business or a related discipline and/or training in contemporary sales processes and production operation.
    Demonstrate strong client focus and the ability to deliver outcomes that exceed client expectations.
    Demonstrate a track record in achieving budgeted goals.
    Experience in directing sales focussed teams.
    Intermediate level of computer literacy (predominantly Microsoft Office).
    Strong negotiation skills.
    Understanding of the Communications market and competition will be highly advantageous.
