Position title: Maintenance Supervisor | Limestone

Location : Limestone mine and processing plant in Warwick, located approximately 150km South West of Brisbane

We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor to be to be based at our Limestone mine and processing plant in Warwick, located approximately 150km South West of Brisbane.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position will control all site maintenance and electrical functions as well as lead and coordinate the maintenance team to maximise the reliability and availability of the site fixed and mobile plant.
An imperative function of this role is to ensure the team and contractors operate in accordance with company OH&S, Environment and Quality systems as well as promote and foster zero harm for all employees and contractors.
Requirements for the position;
• A Maintenance Trade Certificate with sound post trade experience in heavy industrial preventative maintenance, breakdowns and fault finding- fabrication experience advantageous
• Computer literacy in Word and Excel
• A current driver's licence
You will have sound leadership experience within a mining or heavy industry environment and will have strong communication and influencing skills; processing/production line specific experience will be highly regarded. You will also have a working knowledge of project scheduling processes and proficiency navigating Computer Maintenance Management Software such as Pronto.
