Through your role as a Recruitment Consultant you will facilitate all facets of the recruitment process including phone screening, interviewing, business development and data base management.

Position and responsibilities

The successful applicant will be responsible for;

    Establishing new clients through cold calling
    Closing sales and placing candidates in a variety of positions nationally
    Meet daily KPI's and monthly budgets in order to be rewarded through a strong incentive structure
    Deal with CEO's, Managing Directors, General Managers and senior management within global and national organisations
    Have a sophisticated approach to sales and conduct yourself in a professional manner

Candidate

Ideally you will posses;

    Tertiary qualification are highly regarded however not essential
    A strong customer service or sales background
    Strength in the face of adversity, can you get back up after being knocked down?
    A tenacity and hunger to make money, be successful and the desire be a long standing member of a growing recruitment company
