We currently have a fantastic opportunity within the CTS team for an state based development Manager. Working in delivering key development services to the Client Communication Service's business. We are looking to recruit an experienced IT manager with "hands on" technical knowledge coupled with excellent people management, team development and project management skills.

This role includes managing around 30 employees within CTS. Your responsibilities would include but not be limited to supporting and tracking the progress of implementation engagements to ensure highest level of service delivery to client, managing day to day operation of the programming group which involves leading and coaching, supporting and developing Team Leaders and managing state based budgets. You will act as a main contact for technological opportunities and issues that arise and will therefore need to have excellent communication and leadership skills.

To be successful in the role you will have:
    Solid leadership experience in IT
    Budget and cost control experience
    Proven ability to collaborate among business units
    Experience in working in a fluid and dynamic environment
    Strong stakeholder management
    Experience with managing software development environment
    Experience with MS Server and software environments

Desirable:
    ITIL Service Management and SLA Framework
    Basic Unix Server Environment knowledge
    Project management certifications
    Driving change initiatives.
    Degree in IT
