About the Support Analyst position
An exciting opportunity awaits for an IT professional looking to take the next step in their career as a Support Analyst within the CTS Global Development team. Based in our global head office located in Yarra Falls, you will primarily focus on the ongoing support of numerous in house frameworks and 3rd party applications across a variety of technologies.

This role will appeal to Graduate Support Developers with 1-2 years experience looking to take the next step in their careers. In this permanent full time position, you will be part of a large global corporation with over 12,000 exployees world wide with extensive opportunity for career progression across Computershare.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:-
    Assisting in the analysis and troubleshooting of applications in both production and non-production environments.
    Resolving product issues via product development and client education.
    Developing tasks as required for various applications to assist in numerous business units.
    Performing analysis of requirement and design suitable solutions that are user friendly.
    Mentoring developers in the team on software practices, technical solutions.
    Make regular contributions to team support centre, product wikis and development documentation.

The suitable candidate will adopt the following:-
    Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or a related discipline
    Good written and verbal communication skills (with emphasis on listening)
    Ability to liaise with stakeholders
    Experience working with C#/VB.net and web service development
    Thorough understanding of design patterns and industry trends
    SQL
    Visual Studio 2010,2008
    LINQ
    Web and Windows Development
    ASP.NET, JavaScript, AJax, JQuery
    Knowledge of Agile testing
    Experience with Ruby Scripting (desirable)
    Strong attention to detail
    Strong research skills, ability to quickly grasp new concepts

This support developer position ideally has 1-2 years experience in .Net development and will be expected to have basic knowledge of relevant areas in order to transition into the role quickly.
